Q: How do I turn Hushhue™ on and off?
A: It's beautifully simple! Just give the top of your Hushhue™ a firm double-tap to turn it on or off. We designed it this way so you'd never have to fumble for a hidden switch in the dark again. It’s one of those clever little details that makes all the difference.
Q: How do I adjust the brightness?
A: Finding your perfect glow is effortless. While the lamp is on in its warm light mode, simply press and hold the top surface. You'll see the light smoothly dim or brighten. Release your finger when you've found the ideal level of light for your space.
Q: Does Hushhue™ remember my last setting?
A: It sure does. Our smart memory function is one of our favorite features. Hushhue™ will always remember the last brightness level you used, so you can return to your preferred ambiance instantly without any guesswork.
Q: Can I pause the light on a specific color?
A: Yes, you can! While Hushhue™ is in its color-cycling mode, just give the top a single gentle tap when you see a color you love. This will pause the cycle and hold that specific hue. Tap it again to let the colors continue to flow..
Q: Is Hushhue™ truly safe for my baby to touch?
A: Your child’s safety is our highest priority. The outer shell is made from 100% food-grade, BPA-free silicone that is soft, non-toxic, and completely safe for curious little hands. It has no sharp edges and is designed to be a comforting friend.
Q: Does the lamp get hot?
A: Not at all. Hushhue™ uses high-quality, low-power LEDs that generate virtually no heat. It always remains cool to the touch, even after hours of use, so you can have complete peace of mind.
Q: How long does the battery really last?
A: We're incredibly proud of this! On its gentlest, dimmest setting, the battery can last up to 100 hours. On its brightest setting, you’ll get about 5-6 hours of continuous light. For typical nightly use, most customers find they only need to charge it about once every couple of weeks.
Q: How will I know when to charge it?
A: We’ve made it simple. A small red indicator light at the base will start to gently blink when the battery is below 20%. When charging, the light will pulse red, and it will turn solid blue once it's fully charged and ready to go.
Q: How should I clean my Hushhue™?
A: Keeping your Hushhue™ looking great is easy. Simply wipe the silicone surface with a soft, damp cloth. Please avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, and remember that the base contains the electronics, so it should not be submerged in water.
